Coelodonta was a prehistoric rhino from the Pleistocene and Early Holocene epochs.
In Walking with Beast[]
Coelodonta was seen the episode `Mammoth Journey` where it was first seen grazing. A male Neanderthal was looking for wood when he notices the rhino. The Coelodonta smells him and charges. It hits him and caused the Neanderthal to go flying. The man coughed blood as the creature trotted away.
It was later seen in the spring, where it had moulted. Two males fought each other and one went into submission.
